Refund & Cancellation

Effective: August 19, 2026

Questions: [email protected]
Phone: (702) 289-7532

1. General rule

Submitting a website inquiry does not create a charge and therefore requires no refund. Once a ticket transaction is completed, sales are final except as stated in the written offer, this policy or applicable law. A change of plans, travel disruption, artist lineup change, supporting-act change or dissatisfaction with seat location is not normally refundable.

2. Canceled events

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, a qualifying purchaser will receive the remedy required by the written offer and applicable law, ordinarily a refund of the ticket price and mandatory fees paid to us. Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Processing time can depend on confirmation from the organizer or supplier and the payment network.

3. Postponed or rescheduled events

Tickets generally remain valid for a postponed or rescheduled event. A new date, time, venue change or modified lineup does not automatically create a refund right. If the organizer, issuer, written offer or applicable law authorizes a refund, we will explain the request window and process.

4. Invalid or undelivered tickets

Contact us immediately if purchased tickets are not delivered by the time promised or do not provide the admission described. You must follow reasonable acceptance and troubleshooting steps and report an entry problem while assistance can still be attempted. If we confirm a failure covered by the written offer, the remedy may be replacement tickets or a refund, as applicable.

5. Refund requests

Email [email protected] with your order or reference number, event, attendee name and a concise description. Include supporting documentation when relevant. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or government identification unless a secure, specifically authorized process requests it.

6. Timing and method

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Bank posting times are outside our control. A refund does not cover unrelated travel, lodging, parking or other consequential expenses unless required by law.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can investigate. Filing a knowingly false payment dispute may delay resolution and may be contested with accurate transaction and delivery records. Nothing here limits a lawful right to dispute a charge.
