By using vegas-ticket.org, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to submit a request or purchase tickets.
2. Independent ticket service
Vegas Tickets is an independent ticket service. We are not a venue, box office, team, league, performer, promoter or original ticket issuer, and we are not affiliated with them unless a written offer expressly says otherwise. Trademarks and event names identify the relevant event or venue and remain the property of their owners.
3. Website inquiries are not orders
Submitting the request form does not reserve inventory, create an order or authorize a charge. Event listings, dates and availability may change. A transaction exists only after you receive and accept a written offer containing the ticket details, maximum total price, delivery method and applicable purchase terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and not interfere with the website, submit unlawful or abusive content, use automated means to overload the service, impersonate another person or attempt unauthorized access. We may decline or limit requests reasonably suspected of fraud or abuse.
5. Third-party services
Ticket transfer, venue admission, payment or identity verification may be provided by third parties under their own terms. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and accounts needed to accept and use mobile tickets and for following venue rules.
6. Accuracy and availability
We try to keep event information current but do not warrant that every listing is complete or error-free. Venue and organizer decisions, schedules, performers, seating configurations and entry requirements are outside our control.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed. Vegas Tickets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These website terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not subject to another written transaction agreement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
